Naim Audio receives a Royal visit

Naim Audio was proud to receive a visit from His Royal Highness The Duke of Kent this week. His Royal Highness was in attendance to present Naim Audio with its Queen's Award for Enterprise, which was awarded for the International Trade category of the 2010 awards. During the visit His Royal Highness was given a full factory tour where he took the opportunity to meet and speak with members of the Naim Audio team, while observing the production teams hand assembling Naim Audio's world-class audio products. Naim Audio was also host to some key figures from the county including The Lord-Lieutenant of Wiltshire, Mr. John Bush, OBE, The High Sheriff of Wiltshire, Dame Elizabeth Neville, DBE, QPM, The Chairman, Wiltshire Council, Councillor Brigadier Robert Hall, The Mayor of Salisbury, Councillor Mr. Brian Dalton and Deputy Chief Constable of Wiltshire Mr. David Ainsworth.

The visit was a very proud moment for all of the Naim Audio team who were recognised for their team effort in achieving Naim Audio's tremendous growth within some very challenging times both by His Royal Highness and Managing Director Paul Stephenson in their addresses during the formal presentation. His Royal Highness commented,

"I want to tell you how much I have enjoyed visiting your company, it's always a pleasure to come to a company that has won a Queen's Award, which represents the very best of British industry and business. You have achieved something remarkable because you have an extraordinary reputation for creating the best audio systems in the world. These awards are not given out lightly, it is a great tribute to everybody at Naim Audio. I wish you continued success for the future."

Following the presentation the Naim Audio team then enjoyed an informal reception as they celebrated and reflected on their successes over the past couple of years.
