Double win for Naim Audio in Shanghai

Our distributors in China, Radar Audio Co, showcased a full 500 Series system driving the new Ovator S-800 loudspeakers at the Shanghai International Audio Grand Prix Award Event earlier this month. The international event showcases the very best high-end hi-fi from manufacturers across the globe. Our NDX network player and Ovator S-800 loudspeakers both emerged triumphant from the prestigious show, winning awards in their respective categories.

Following the official launch at the Hong Kong High-End Audio Visual Show 2012 in August, the Ovator S-800 loudspeakers were launched in the UK this month at the tenth birthday celebrations of one of Naim Audio’s premier UK retailers, TomTom Audio. The Ovator S-800 is the ultimate expression of the design principles pioneered by the Ovator S-400 and S-600. With two new specially developed large 280mm flat-panel bass drive units and an 82mm flat-panel Balance Mode Radiator (BMR) in a 40 Litre enclosure, it is an imposing loudspeaker designed for larger than average listening rooms and for use with upper echelon Naim Audio amplification.
