Naim Reaches The Manufacturer Top 100 List

Our Operations Director, Jim Totczyk, has been featured on The Manufacturer Top 100 2017 list. The list recognises the very best talent and role models in the British manufacturing industry.

Jim joined us in 2012 as Production Manager - a role which saw him overseeing the day-to-day manufacture of high-end audio equipment and accessories. In August 2014, his role expanded into his current position of Operations Director.

Jim was accompanied by a list of exemplary figures in the manufacturing industry including: Elizabeth Bartlett, Fatigue & Damage Tolerance Engineer, Airbus Commercial Aircraft; Kodi Gledhill, Level 3 Engineering Apprentice, Coca-Cola European Partners; Dr Graham Malcolm OBE, CEO & Co-Founder, M Squared Lasers; and Professor Keith Ridgway, Executive Dean, University of Sheffield Advanced Manufacturing Research Centre.

Individuals were nominated by readers of The Manufacturer, the wider industrial community and the public for their contributions in changing the image of industry; finding new markets; demonstrating bold leadership; alongside those young, bright pioneers that are making an impact disproportionate to their years.

The final list was compiled by an expert panel of judges from the UK manufacturing, acamedia and the wider industrial community. A full list of judges can be found here.
